2. HOW MUCH IS YOUR WEIGHT LOSS PROGRAM?
ANSWER: To get started with our weight loss program, there is NO new client fees! You simply have your Annual Assessment and Physician/Provider Evaluation like all other clients. Once you have this very thorough and informative session with our specialist, you will be prepared to start your customized and personalized experience with us.
3. DO YOU OFFER APPETITE SUPPRESSANTS?
ANSWER: Yes, we offer many FDA-approved weight management medications (some refer to these as appetite suppressants) with the purpose of controlling cravings while we help you achieve and maintain a healthy lifestyle of eating healthier and exercising with a purpose and plan. We offer Adipex, phentermine, bontril, diethylpropion, lomaira, and a Qsymia equivalent at a lower price.
4. DO YOU OFFER LIPOTROPIC B INJECTIONS?
ANSWER: Yes, we offer our very popular Lipotropic B injections along with may Health Boosting injections that contain vitamins, amino acids, and other nutrients. Most of our clients come weekly for one or more of these injections so that they feel better, perform better, and lead a healthier lifestyle with varying activity levels.
5. ARE THERE ANY RESTRICTIONS TO RECEIVING ANY PRODUCTS OR SERVICES?
ANSWER: We help clients of all races, gender, and more. We do have an age restriction, helping clients age 12 and above. There is no upper limit on age, however. We also accept clients with any and all medical problems, including high blood pressure (as long it is controlled), diabetes, anemia, sleep apnea, GERD, arthritis, depression, and many other medical issues that are caused by obesity. When clients start with us, we ask for them to be honest with us by sharing all medical and surgical history, medications, allergies, and more so that we get to know them and their needs. First, we do no harm. We are here to help.
6. WHAT FORMS OF PAYMENT DO YOU ACCEPT?
ANSWER: It is easy to enjoy our products and services because we don't require health insurance along with those copays, deductibles and high premiums. We conveniently accept all major credit cards, debit cards with proper logo, and some flexible spending accounts and health savings accounts, and cash. Payments may be made online through our website and mobile app, and payments may be made in person while in one of our offices. At this time, we do not accept "Care credit" or private health insurance. If you would like for us to work with your employer or health insurance company, please request for them to contact us, and we will be more than happy to partner with them so that you receive the health and wellness services that you need and deserve.
7. WHAT ARE YOUR BUSINESS HOURS?
ANSWER: You can always find the most current business hours on our website (at the bottom of the page). These posted hours include our regular business hours and any changes related to holidays or weather. Also, it is best to make appointments because, if there are any changes in the schedule, this will be the only way that we can notify you of these changes. As a walk-in, we cannot guarantee that the office and staff will be available to see you at any given time.
8. DO I HAVE TO MAKE AN APPOINTMENT OR CAN I JUST WALK-IN?
ANSWER: Most of our locations accept walk-ins; however, offices reserve the right to stop accepting walk-ins at any time for any reason, including time restraints or volume. Because we are a medical office with scheduled appointments, it is highly recommended that you make an appointment to both save time and save money. Our best pricing is when you book and pay through the website or app.
9. WHAT DOES THE ANNUAL ASSESSMENT AND PHYSICIAN EVALUATION COVER?
ANSWER: The Annual Assessment and Physician Evaluation is mandatory annually only for those who desire one of our programs that utilize weight management medications such as phentermine and Adipex. The purpose of this annual assessment is to provide one eligibility to receive these medications for 12 months and to allow our clients the opportunity to work with our staff in determining the ideal course of action so that health goals are achieved and maintained. We will not prescribe these medications without the Annual Assessment and Physician Evaluation which includes physical examination, medication information, risk assessment, and important goal-setting.
10. DO YOU OFFER ALL-NATURAL OPTIONS IN ADDITION TO THE MEDICAL WEIGHT LOSS OPTIONS?
ANSWER: Yes! We have all-natural supplement, protein meal replacements, and injections. Our Success program yields excellent results with and without weight management medications. We also offer a Very Low Calorie Diet (VLCD) program which has been shown to reverse medical conditions such as diabetes, and this program doesn't require any medications or injections.
11. WHAT OCCURS DURING MY FIRST VISIT?
ANSWER: The most important first step in helping you is to find out more about you, your health, your needs, and your budget. Therefore, when you arrive, you will sign in so that we can properly address you and check you in. You will then complete some brief forms (takes about 5 minutes) and review/agree with our policies. Our health care providers will then review this important information pertaining to you, your health, and more. While this review is going on, you will have a free initial clinical assessment where we check your vital signs, including heart rate, blood pressure, height, weight, and BMI. There is no charge for any of the above. Therefore, we make sure that you can benefit from our products and services before we charge you for any office visit or Annual Assessment and Physician Evaluation. Once you decide that you want to proceed with the Annual Assessment, you will pay for this and then meed with the bariatric specialist. Afterwards, you will be able to choose the program that best suits your needs and budget.
12. DO YOU SHIP PRODUCTS?
ANSWER: Yes, we do. You may visit the website https://www.drbbrand.com and purchase many of our all-natural and effective supplements that will be shipped you through USPS Express Mail. We do not ship any of the weight management medications.
13. DO I HAVE TO JOIN A MEMBERSHIP PROGRAM?
ANSWER: No, you do not have to join a membership program. We do offer membership programs for those who want to commit to certain durations of time and save money while doing it. Once an Annual Assessment and Physician Evaluation is completed, a membership program may be chosen, if desired. 16. WHY DO I HAVE TO ENTER CREDIT CARD INFORMATION IN ORDER TO SCHEDULE?

We now allow our clients to save money by booking and paying for their appointments online. This process simplifies things for both us and our clients. A lot of medical offices accept health insurance and require that you provide your health insurance information and copays before a visit with them. On the other hand, we do not accept health insurance so it is comparable when we have you enter your form of payment with us. Our ultimate goal is to have a paperless and cashless system from beginning to end within the next year or so. We have always been a leader within our industry and with regard to technology adoption and utilization.
